THE SCRIPT INCUBATOR
Come with an idea. Leave with a roadmap for your story and writing process.
$600 for the 8-Week Script Incubator
Limited to 5 Writers
8 consecutive Sundays: March 1 through April 19, 2026
1pm - 4pm EST / 10am - 1pm PST
Have you heard the phrase “the specific is universal?” Stories that resonate most are the ones rooted in the writer’s truth. That specificity is what makes people feel something and what stays with them. Getting there means not only trusting yourself as the writer, but learning to trust the story you want to tell.
As a multi-disciplinary writer who’s worked across formats - from podcasts to books to TV/Film - I’ve developed a set of tools to help you discover the core emotional truth of your story and build outward from there.
But this 8-week Incubator isn’t just instructional, it’s communal. An intimate, supportive space for aligned creatives to sharpen their craft, strengthen their instincts, and trust their intuition.
Each session kicks off with a deep dive into craft, followed by the Script Incubator - a dynamic, writer’s room environment where you’ll pitch, refine, and shape your story week by week.
Come with an idea, an outline, or a full draft - this process works at any stage.
You will leave the Incubator with:
A fully developed outline to launch confidently into your first draft or a revised version of a script you’re currently working on
A deeper understanding of your characters, structure, stakes, theme, conflict, and tone
Insight into your unique writing process
A supportive community to keep you accountable and motivated moving forward
To keep it personalized and hands-on, the Incubator is limited to five writers.
This is a virtual course conducted via Zoom.
There are no make-up sessions, but sessions are recorded and replays will be available.

SCRIPT INCUBATOR & CONSULTING TESTIMONIALS:
“The Incubator immediately became a sacred space that honors the dynamism of writing as a discipline and art. Caroline’s teaching is tailored to each writer from an industry point of view and with an artist’s sensibility. She transformed what can be a labored task of writing into a journey of creating a relationship with characters and shaping the story into what it needs to be. I am honored that Caroline selected me as a member of a carefully curated incubator community. ”
“It was such a treat to join the Script Incubator and begin finding my voice as a writer. I’m new to writing but by the end of the Incubator, I had written a fully developed series outline. Caroline’s insights into story structure and character development are second to none and she’s an absolute pleasure to work with. I felt so championed throughout this journey”
“I’ve taken courses at Sundance, WIFT, and attended writing retreats like Cinestory. Now, I look for experiences that are less focused on structure and more about the less tangible, more difficult aspects of story: voice and purpose. Caroline pushes us to connect to the deepest, sometimes most uncomfortable, parts of our intimate voices as writers, and she creates a space where it feels safe enough to actually go there. Part teacher, part showrunner leading a writer’s room, this is for anyone who knows craft but is looking to explore the emotional truth in their work.”
“This is more than just a writing class. Joining the Incubator helped me tap into a creative reservoir I didn’t know I had. Caroline leads an open, creative, and sacred space that both challenged and nurtured my voice as a writer, helping me find the emotional truth of my story. She brings incredible instincts and real writers’ room experience, connecting the work to a deeper sense of purpose. The small but mighty group of writers she brought together truly championed this space.”
“I got to work 1:1 with Caroline on my pitch deck for an unscripted tv show. Her focus on the how, what, why through the emotional needs of characters and audiences is truly some of the best I have ever had the privilege to work with. She helped me take what many referred to as a “good” deck to one that people now say is GREAT! And that was just in 1 hour. I can only imagine what she will help scriptwriters do over 8 weeks. ”
